 Providenciales businessman, former Chamber of Commerce President and German Honorary Consul, has been in the TCI since 1989. Titus knows the Turks and Caicos, its rules, regulations and indeed the people behind the various Government office doors, like no one else. Unlike some other “professionals” Titus’ expertise does not stem from a fancy academic title but quite simply from years of experience and successfully working with the system and its people – not against. This attitude has earned Titus the trust and respect of the people of the TCI, who in 2007 bestowed the status of belongership on him.

 Providenciales business entrepreneur, former Chief Financial Officer of the largest security company on island, has been in TCI since September 2007. The daughter of oil distribution tycoon, John Gargano, Rosa started her accounting career at age 13. Upon graduating from a tier one top college of the USA, Providence College, Rosa aggressively pursued an accounting career in the Turks and Caicos Islands. Having a degree in marketing and near 10 years accounting experience she was promoted, within months, from Accounts Receivable Manager to Marketing Director followed by General Manager/CFO with 90 employees below her. After a years experience and networking she realized she could better utilize her management, accounting and marketing skills to a greater audience and for the common good of the Turks and Caicos Islands. By teaming up with the well-respected Titus de Boer, she looks forward to doing so.
